Day Four! Chad’s On Homeopathic HCG


Have you been following Chad’s progress as he navigates the homeopathic HCG diet? He’s on Day 4! He wants drastic weight loss and he’s off to a good start.

On the first two days Chad followed protocol by loading; eating as much as he could and aiming for high calorie and high fat foods. It helps the body absorb the homeopathic HCG.

On Day 3 (according to the homeopathic HCG protocol) Chad started the low calorie portion of the diet. It’s not just low calorie really. It’s officially very low calorie (VLCD). It tops out at 500 calories per day.

Chad weighed in on the morning of Day 4 like normal. He’s at 238.5 pounds.

That 7.5 drop in weight left Chad nothing short of inspired! He’s SO excited about the weight loss and can’t wait to see it continue to come off. He’s aware that large drops are typically not a daily occurrence, but even if he continues to lose weight steadily at a slower rate from this point forward he’ll be totally happy with the program.

On Day 4 Chad did his best to follow the protocol. And his best was very good. He started the day with a large cup (2 servings) of Stash herbal tea. He gave Coconut Mango Oolong a try (with a bit of Vanilla Stevia as sweetener). At lunch Chad had turkey (with appropriate seasonings) and spinach along with an apple. He had strawberries for a snack after dinner (that’s one of his hardest time periods while on the very low calorie homeopathic HCG diet).

On Day 4 Chad noticed that he had a headache. He figured that it might have something to do with the diet so he made a note to give the HCG Diet Direct support center a call to find out about the program and “headaches.”

But no teeny headache is going to leave Chad unhappy after a 7.5 pound weight drop. He is still completely excited and happy to see more weight drop off.
