No Weight Loss Is Easy Weight Loss

Easy weight loss…sounds nice, right? It would be lovely to decide to lose weight and not have to work hard in order to achieve the goal. That’s a lovely thought. But it’s not realistic. When it comes to actual, realistic weight loss there’s always a cost.

When many people are attempting to consider methods of easy weight loss they immediately think of surgical procedures. I cannot agree with this line of thinking. The main reason that I don’t agree with this line of thought is that there is pain that goes along with surgical procedures. Another reason why I cannot agree with the line of thought that places invasive surgical procedures in the category of “easy weight loss” is that fact that they typically come at a high price in “time.” You have to take time out of your normal day to day life for recovery. And that’s definitely not “easy.”

And then there are the complications. Complications are not easy. The possibility that people looking for weight loss might go in for a cosmetic procedure and walk away with real medical problems is definitely a tough issue. And anything that’s “tough” isn’t usually also described as easy. There are very “heavy” considerations that have to go in to weight loss surgery.

And then there’s the price tag. The price tag on most surgical procedures are not easy because they are expensive and none of us like to spend our hard earned cash. It’s hard to part with that big of a chunk!

So weight loss surgery isn’t actually an “easy” option. Easy weight loss is still on the table. The next thought for many considering easy weight loss methods is drastic weight loss methods like homeopathic HCG programs, etc. Homeopathic HCG diets offer real weight loss possibilities. They offer high weight loss averages. They offer fast weight loss. But we still wouldn’t describe the homeopathic HCG diet as easy.

The homeopathic HCG diet is very strict. The diet protocol limits dieters to a VLCD (very low calorie diet) of 500 calories per day. Dieters are also limited to the approved list of foods. And it’s a very short list. And not one of the foods on the list are often considered “easy” foods.

Most of us see packaged foods as being easy. And there is nothing “packaged” on the homeopathic HCG diet. The only foods listed on the approved foods list are lean proteins (and they are very specifically listed), veggies, fruits and a couple starch options. The list is very specific and dieters are offered no exceptions.

So if you’re looking for easy weight loss I don’t think we can help you. But if you’re looking for rapid and drastic weight loss (offering weight loss averages of 1 to 2 pounds per day) then you might want to look further into the homeopathic HCG weight loss methods.
