It’s a great morning. I went down one pound. And that’s an extra special pound because I did have a solid breakdown yesterday involving sugar cookies. Refer to yesterday’s article for details. Lisa (my friendly HCG dieting buddy) is bugged ... Read more...

It’s the 22nd day on homeopathic HCG for me and Lisa. Since we chose to do the 25 day program we’re nearing the end very quickly! That’s less than a week we’ve got left on the low calorie portion of the diet. It seemed to fly by.
Lisa, my partner in dieting while on HCG, is also doing well. We both got our HCG wholesale online. I love that we were able to ... Read more...

Day one on the low calorie diet has come and gone. Since most of the foods on the diet are fresh foods I had to head out to the grocery store again already. (My kids ate all my apples). But that’s good, right?

Today I weighed myself a bit late in the morning. My daughter woke up in the middle of the night sick and I ende... Read more...

The homeopathic is one of the most effective diets on the market. It’s also non-invasive and all natural. And just to make it clear how effective it is…the average weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds per day while on the diet. That’s a lot of “effect” for one all natural (and short term) diet. Why does it work? It’s a group of necessary items working togethe... Read more...

When it comes to the obesity epidemic that is literally dragging Americans down with sheer weight…it is impossible not to consider the negative effects of fast food. Americans love the convenience.
