1. Amazingly Yummy Chicken Salad
This is the easiest meal to prepare and its super healthy
What you need:
1. Organic Cooked Chicked from the Grocery Store.. (Or you can roast it yourself in the oven with herbs)
2. Sun-dried Tomatoes
3. Steamed Green Peas
4. Fresh Spinach
5. Ricotta Cheese (you can also use feta)
6. Crushed Almonds (you can also use pine nuts)
7. Pinch of Sea Salt
8. Some Spring Onions
Dressing:
1. Half a lemon
2. Teaspoon of Olive Oil
3. Crushed Garlic
4. an Avocado
Instructions:
Mix up the dressing and place aside.
Cut up the chicken and put it in a big salad bowl
Add all the other ingredients and stir in the dressing.
Tada, fast easy, yummy and healthy meal
Garlic Salmon
What you will need if you are cooking for 2 people.
1. 2 Boneless 7 Skinless Salmon Steaks
2. 1 Brocoli
3. 2 carrots
4. green peas
5. 2 chopped cloves of garlic
6. tbsp chopped basil
7. tbsp chopped parsley
8. olive oil
Instructions.
1. Steam the vegetables.
2. Cut 3 slivers in the salmon, Do not cut all the way through.. just enough to make 3 little pockets
3. put a tbsp of olive oil in your clean hand then cover the salmon in the oil. Do not place the oil on the pan and the fry it, just hold the salmon in your hands.
4. place the garlic and herbs inside the 3 slivers that you cut. This will bring the flavour out right through the salmon.
5. place the salmon in a George Forman grill so it grills both sides at once. If you don’t have one just place the salmon on a hot frying pan for 3 minutes each side.
6. wash your hands as they will be all oily, then season the salmon with sea salt (and pepper if you like pepper)
7. the vegetables should be done steaming after 8-10 mins so place them on the plate and place the salmon next to it.
3. BBQ Calamari Salad
4. Dill & Yogurt Salmon with Brococcini, ricotta and almonds

Ingredients:
* Ingredients
* 1 pound ground turkey
* 1 egg
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/3 cup ground oats
* 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
* 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
* 2 teaspoons white wine Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 teaspoons salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
How to make it:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender except oil.
2. Form mixture into four patties.
3. Cook patties in oil in medium skillet over medium flame eight minutes or until patties are no longer pink in the center
4. turn patties halfway through cooking time.
5. Arrange on serving plate.
6. Burgers may also be cooked on your natural gas grill. Makes 4 servings.
